Terms of Recommendation Scheme

The recommender assures, with the consent of the conditions of participation, that he has obtained the consent of the person recommended, personal data and contact information such as e-mail address and telephone number, to pass on to Wiesmann Personalisten GmbH.

The recommender receives a monetary reward in the event that a candidate he is recommended by the Wiesmann Personalisten GmbH hired or mediated.

This reward will be paid out after a minimum of 3 months of employment after the recommended work commences.

The payment of € 500, - will be made by bank transfer to an account specified by the Referrer.

Nicht gewertet werden Empfehlungen, bei denen Empfehler und empfohlene Person identisch sind.

Not considered are recommendations where the recommender and recommended person are the same.

The legal process is excluded.
