Career background

After finishing his business studies, Matthias Wiesmann joined the ’family-run’ business Wiesmann Personalisten in 2007 as junior personnel consultant.

In 2013, he became a managing partner.

In addition, he is responsible for commercial positions in services area, and is the main “go-to” consultant for long-standing Wiesmann clients looking for candidates with a background in technology.
