About our commitment

The "German Association for Personnel Management"  (DGFP) has been the competence and careers network for HR enthusiasts for 65 years. The DGFP works with members and partners on current trends and HR topics, accompanies HR professionals in their careers and is the voice of HR management towards politics and society.

The DGFP represents more than 1,500 member companies and offers a platform to more than 2,500 employees, which of course also includes "personalisten".
